We are seeking a reliable and experienced on-site Resort Management Couple / Resident Managers for our Sunshine Coast resort. This role will suit a qualified couple who are highly energetic and able to be “hands-on” in this role with a sound understanding of management rights operations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for working in all areas of the resort including reception, maintenance, grounds, facilities, pool maintenance and supervision of housekeeping staff. The Applicants should possess the drive, experience, and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer services.

This is a live-in contract position with an apartment supplied. Remuneration is to be discussed and dependent on experience.

Key Position Criteria Include:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a resort management role
- Current RLA or Full Real Estate Licence
- Exceptional communication skills,



both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Trust accounting and daily trust account reconciliation
- EOM reconciliation/reporting and all other aspects of administration
- Grounds, building and pool maintenance

- Managing the housekeeping team
- Liaising with key stakeholders including Owners/Body Corporate and attending meetings
- The ability to be goal driven and focused on achieving results
- Friendly and accurate handling of all guest queries and requests
- Outgoing positive personality with strong decision-making skills
