Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum Role: Full-time Location: Gooseberry Hill, WA 6076 Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficient service delivery, product quality, and compliance with liquor licensing requirements.

Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and manage purchasing to maintain cost efficiency and minimise wastage.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints effectively.

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, analyse sales trends, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.

Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and high standards of service.

Conduct staff performance reviews and implement ongoing training programs to maintain service consistency and compliance.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and update menus, incorporating seasonal and local produce.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and private functions to ensure successful execution.

Maintain records relating to staff, payroll, inventory, and operational performance, and report to senior management.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety standards, and relevant hospitality regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders.

Contribute to business planning, operational improvements, and continuous service excellence.

Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement, increase patronage, and support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field or an equivalent industry experience.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a commercial restaurant management role.

Demonstrated ability to manage operations, budgets, and staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Strong leadership, communication,



and organisational skills.

Sound knowledge of inventory control, rostering, and financial management.

Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business performance.

Thorough understanding of Australian food safety, WHS, and liquor licensing (RSA) requirements. Australian citizens/permanent residents preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
