Retail Deli Assistant – Mosman

Hudson Meats has stores located in Mosman and Cammeray and is known for quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking full-time Retail Deli Assistant to join our Mosman team.

We’re looking for people with a genuine passion for food to join our fun, friendly team and assist with the day-to-day running of the store, while maintaining the high Hudson Meats standard.

The Retail Deli Assistant will support the Store Manager by assisting with the production of fresh, value-added prepared products and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves building robust relationships with both internal team members and external customers and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Deli experience and/or strong food knowledge,



including food preparation
- A passion for food and a highly motivated attitude suited to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- An understanding of store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Experience with receiving goods from suppliers
- Confidence across a deli product range
- Basic technical PC skills
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
