We are growing and are looking for a full-time Showroom Manager to lead our brand new Parkdale showroom. About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of the showroom's performance, team and overall customer experience.

You will lead from the front, setting the standard on the floor while driving sales performance, maintaining showroom presentation and ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.

This is a Tuesday to Saturday full-time position. What You'll Be Doing Leadership & Team Development

Lead, support and motivate the showroom team to deliver a consistently high standard

Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members

Manage team rostering to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient scheduling

Sales & Store Performance

Take ownership of store performance across daily sales and conversion

Lead by example on the floor, delivering a strong, consultative sales approach

Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer experience

Ensure team members are confident in product knowledge and sales processes

Customer Experience

Oversee and maintain a premium in-store experience at all times

Support the team in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues

Act as a point of escalation when required

Operations & Coordination

Oversee order processing and ensure accuracy across systems





Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support delivery outcomes

Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations and workflow

Showroom Presentation

Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and visual merchandising

Ensure displays are clean, styled and aligned with brand standards

Take pride in how the brand is represented in-store What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in furniture, interiors or home styling A team player who contributes positively to workplace culture A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confidence in handling customer concerns and resolving issues A team player who contributes positively to workplace culture

Taking ownership and following through with tasks and projects

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position What Sets You Apart
