As Australia’s leading tile and bathroomware retailer, we’re looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver outstanding results. Reporting to the State Retail Manager, you’ll be accountable for driving sales, profit and customer experience across your store. You’ll take the lead on:

Delivering sales, margin and operating profit in line with targets

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team

Driving customer engagement and conversion on the showroom floor

Building strong relationships with both retail and trade customers

Ensuring consistent execution of brand, safety and operational stanrds This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front and set the standard. Key Responsibilities:





Lead and coach the team to achieve sales and performance targets

Drive store profitability through effective roster, cost and sales management

Maintain high standards across merchandising, pricing and store presentation

Ensure compliance across safety, policies and operational processes

Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Analyse store performance and implement actions to improve results What youll bring:
