Ozzie Workwear is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organised Retail Store Assistant / Production Coordinator to become a valued member of our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines retail sales, customer service, production coordination, artwork preparation, and digital marketing. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service and sales support in our retail showroom.
- Coordinating customer orders from quotation and artwork approval through to production and delivery.
- Preparing and editing artwork for embroidery, heat transfers, screen printing, and other branding applications.
- Creating engaging Facebook and social media content to promote our products and services.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Assisting with general administration, merchandising, and day-to-day retail operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in retail sales (essential).
- Previous experience in production coordination, branded apparel, uniforms,



promotional products, or a similar industry.
- Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.
- Experience with AI-assisted graphics and vectorising artwork would be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of Facebook marketing and social media content creation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in the workwear, uniforms, embroidery, or promotional products industry will be highly regarded.
