HAMBS is seeking a Change and Communications Manager to lead meaningful, people-centric organisational change and communications strategies to support enterprise transformation and cultural shift.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will define, plan, lead and deliver change activities across transformation programs and engage with Level Up Collective to ensure readiness and buy-in from stakeholders and leadership teams.
