In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products, managing both current and used car sales. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, you'll collaborate with the sales and finance teams, ensuring dealership profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs. Your responsibilities include:

- Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers.
- Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.
- Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.
- Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.

About You:



We’re seeking an individual who embodies the following traits:

- Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant necessary.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
- A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
- A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
