As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and proactive Mortgage Broker to join our expanding team and develop strong referral partner relationships.

The Role

As a Mortgage Broker at Luxe Lending Group, you will play an important role in building new client relationships, generating lending opportunities, and delivering personalised finance solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

This is an opportunity to grow your own client base and develop strong referral partner relationships while being supported by an experienced team and trusted brand. You’ll guide clients through a stress-free lending process, providing transparent advice and expert guidance every step of the way.

You will represent Luxe Lending Group with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, while actively engaging with referral partners,



local businesses, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and community connections.

Proactively generate new lending opportunities through networking and referrals.

Provide expert, personalised lending advice tailored to each client’s needs and financial goals.

Work alongside our dedicated Credit Analysts, who manage loan processing so you can focus on client relationships and business growth.

Guide clients through the lending process with clear, consistent, and stress-free communication.

Represent Luxe Lending Group at networking events, community initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities.

Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Contribute to a supportive and positive team culture.

We understand that flexibility is important. This role can be performed:

- From our Coorparoo, QLD office.
- Working from home.
- Or a hybrid combination of both.

We provide the structure and support you need while giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and grow your client base. Income structure is negotiable,



giving you the chance to align your remuneration with your experience and performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Lending Consultant, or Financial Services Professional (preferred).
- Alternatively, strong sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to develop referral partner relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of lending products and responsible lending obligations.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Existing network of clients or referral partners.
- Experience in sales, business development, community engagement, or sponsorships.
