About the role

We are seeking an experienced automotive professional to oversee a premium electric vehicle dealership in the Wollongong area. This senior position will involve direct reporting to the Dealer Principal and Group Executive, with full responsibility for the dealership's commercial success, operational management, sales direction, team development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives. The dealership is poised for further expansion after establishing a solid sales foundation.

- Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000

- Manage all aspects of dealership operations to ensure optimal performance and profitability.

Requirements





- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency in a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
