The Opportunity

As our Senior Service Technician, you'll take the lead on equipment servicing, repairs and installations while providing technical guidance that keeps our clubs running safely and efficiently across our national network.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Service Manager, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, supporting the development of other technicians while coordinating service activities across multiple locations. Based out of our brand-recent Port Melbourne Warehouse, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect from Revo Fitness.

What you'll be doing?

Equipment Servicing & Installations

- Deliver, install and relocate gym equipment across new clubs, refurbishments, upgrades and existing locations
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Preventative Maintenance & Repairs

- Carry out preventative maintenance and servicing of gym equipment, vending machines and associated systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment faults quickly to minimise disruption to our clubs and members
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using company systems

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical support, mentoring and training to service technicians and club teams
- Share best practice and help build capability across the service team

Scheduling & Operational Support

- Work closely with the Warehouse & Service Manager to coordinate service schedules,



priorities and contractor support
- Communicate progress on work orders and proactively identify opportunities to improve service efficiency

Warehouse & Facility Support

- Support warehouse operations including stock management, dispatch and general housekeeping
- Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks and help maintain clean, organised warehouse and club storeroom environments

What you'll bring

- 5+ years' experience as a Service Technician within the fitness industry
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing commercial fitness equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently across multiple sites
- Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
- Willingness to complete a Traffic Infringement Check and pre-employment medical
