Our clients are seeking reliable people to assist with casual shifts that will vary on a daily & weekly basis. These oncall shifts will fit with people that are seeking work to suit limited availability offering a great work life balance. To be successful working within Aged Care you will need to have completed a recent police check and have your shots up to date including the Flu jab.

Food Service Assistants are responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality catering services within aged care facilities.



As a Food Services Assistant you will work as part of a team to provide meal services to residents. This includes:

Perform basic food preparation Prepare basic meals (under supervision) Clean food preparation, kitchen equipment and eating areas

Serving and delivery of meals What you bring to this position: Food Safety Certificate Level

I or II Previous experience working in an aged care setting Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately

Demonstrated initiative and the capability to work with minimal supervision
