The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and qualified Wellbeing/ Lifestyle Assistant to join our vibrant team at Clifton Views in Fitzroy North. This is more than a typical lifestyle role - at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enrich the lives of our residents through meaningful, personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection
- Provide individualized one-on-one support for residents
- Assist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are met
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support residents’ overall wellbeing
- Create memorable experiences - whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub, or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island
