At iAgency Real Estate, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager who can confidently step into the role and manage a well-maintained portfolio with minimal supervision.

About the Role

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both rental providers and renters while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

- Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports if required

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors.

- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.

- Handling VCAT matters when required.

- Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and all relevant legislation.

- Working closely with our leasing and administration team to provide outstanding customer service.





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager in Victoria.

- The ability to take over a portfolio and perform the role immediately.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- A positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality.

- High attention to detail.

- A professional, reliable and proactive approach.

- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant estate agent qualification.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

What We Offer

- Salary package: $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience).
