Altius Group in Darwin is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support recovery and rehabilitation for individuals following injury, illness or disability.
You will develop personalised rehabilitation plans, perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and workplace/ergonomic assessments, and collaborate with clients, families, insurers and other healthcare professionals to promote independence and a successful return to work.
