We're working with a recently funded Unicorn status, Global, fast-growing SaaS business that has secured major VC backing, is already partnered with Huge Enterprise brands in Australia, and is now investing heavily into ANZ growth with their go to market team.

They're looking to hire an experienced Business Development Rep (BDR/ SDR) to work closely with the Country Manager, owning outbound business development into Mid to Large organisations.

There are key user cases established in Australia with well known brands, a clear ICP developed and big interest in the solution & need in the Australian market.

Being first in function in Australia, you'll have clear pathway to progress into an AE position as the team scales & have an opportunity to help build processes for the BD function.

What you’ll be doing:

- Typical SDR activities, you know the drill.
- Researching and reaching out to potential customers across ANZ and beyond.
- Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to learn what drives real business impact.

What we’re looking for:

- B2B sales experience, ideally as an SDR for 6-12 months.
- Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with new people.
- Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with a fast paced environment.
- Curiosity about tech, startups, and the SaaS world.
- Someone who thrives in a team and loves celebrating wins together.
