Head of Growth/BDM - Property Management

Ray White Ascot is looking for our next motivated Head of Growth for our Property Management division!

About the Role:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional to lead the expansion of our rent roll and drive the ongoing success of our property management division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the growth of our property management portfolio by securing new managements within the prestige Ascot and surrounding markets;
- Conduct rental appraisals and present tailored property management solutions to prospective landlords and investors;
- Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and referral partners;
- Identify and pursue opportunities arising from property sales, investor enquiries, and market activity;

About you:

- Previous experience in real estate business development, property management, or a similar sales-focused role;
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating recent business;
- Ability to work autonomously while operating in a team environment;
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle;
- Ailo, Realworks, Reapit and VaultRE software experience highly regarded.
