As a Blaster & Painter, you will prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques and apply industrial protective coatings, delivering high-quality finishes that meet our standards. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to achieving exceptional results safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform abrasive blasting on various surfaces and materials




- Apply industrial protective coatings using airless spray, conventional spray, brush and roller
- Prepare surfaces for coating in accordance with project specifications
- Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in abrasive blasting and/or industrial painting preferred
- Experience applying protective coatings is highly regarded
- Ability to work day or night shifts reliably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow strict safety protocols
