We're seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Host to represent our flagship Jasper Display in Bentleigh.

This role offers a consistent roster of Saturday and Sunday, plus three weekdays, working 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The Opportunity

As Sales Host, you'll welcome visitors into an inspiring environment and help create an exceptional first impression from the moment they arrive.

Key Scope and Duties:

- Welcome all visitors to the Jasper Display Centre in a warm, professional and polished manner.
- Create a premium first impression that reflects the Thomas Archer brand.
- Understand the reason for each visit and identify genuine customer enquiry.
- Capture visitor details accurately, including contact details, build plans, land status, timing and general requirements.
- Support the Sales Consultant by handing over qualified enquiries and assisting with appointment bookings.
- Provide basic information about Thomas Archer and the Jasper Display.
- Help manage customer flow during busy display periods.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented display environment.
- Monitor brochures, marketing material, signage and presentation standards.
- Support display opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with private appointments, client meetings and display events where required.

About You:

- You’re warm, polished and confident with people.
- You enjoy creating a great first impression and understand the importance of service, presentation and attention to detail in a premium environment.
- You have experience in either display home hosting, residential building, real estate, premium retail, front-of-house, hospitality, events or customer service.
- You don’t need to be a salesperson, but you’ll need to be comfortable speaking with clients, asking qualifying questions and capturing details accurately.
