We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Pharmacy Retail Manager / 2IC to support the day-to-day operations at Priceline Pharmacy Torquay. Working closely with the Retail Manager and Pharmacist team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high store standards, and leading the front-of-shop team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations




- Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care support
- Manage merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
- Assist with rostering, team performance, and onboarding
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy retail procedures and standards
- Drive sales targets and identify opportunities for business growth
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment
- Step into the Retail Manager role when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in pharmacy retail, health retail, or a similar environment
- Leadership or 2IC/supervisory experience in retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude
- Experience with merchandising and inventory management
- Confidence working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
