What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer , you'll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Perth , Western Australia and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly- because when it matters most, reliability saves lives.

- Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly- even in high-pressure clinical settings

- Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor

- Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy

- Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals

- Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Will Need

Required

- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently - you can explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and hold your own in a room of senior clinicians

- Demonstrated experience managing difficult or high-stakes conversations - and achieving a positive outcome

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

- Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades)

- A genuine interest in Stryker's mission and the medical technology industry - you can clearly articulate why this chance matters to you

Preferred

- Experience servicing medical devices or healthcare equipment

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in hospital or clinical environments

Travel Percentage: 60%
