Our flagship coffee bar is nestled in the iconic Waterwheel complex in the beautiful town of Warburton, serving speciality coffee to a buzzing community. Role snapshot

As a Barista Allrounder, you’ll enjoy the customer experience, crafting excellent coffee, delivering tasty bites, and keeping the flow smooth and fun. You’ll inspire teammates, educate customers, and help maintain the high standards that make Silva Coffee special.

What you’ll do

- Brew and serve a wide range of espresso-based and seasonal drinks to a high standard

- Assist with pastry display, food service, and front-of-house energy

- Deliver warm, engaging, knowledgeable service with a genuine love for coffee

- Keep your station pristine and organised

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting teammates and elevating performance





- Share knowledge with customers and mentor peers to uphold quality

- Learn origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods; bring that passion to customers

What we’re after

- Minimum 1 year barista experience; strong knowledge of coffee prep and speciality coffee

- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail, sharp organisational skills; keep cool in busy times

- Genuine passion for coffee, quality, and service

- Available across 7 days, 7:00am–4:30pm (Versatile roster (25–38 hrs/wk).

- Team player who cares about brand, culture, and guest experience
