As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a large-format retail setting with multiple departments, high customer traffic and a busy shop floor that requires strong leadership presence, operational structure and clear direction.

What You'll Be Responsible For:





- Leading from the front on the shop floor
- Managing a large retail team across weekdays and weekends
- Driving customer service standards and team accountability
- Coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Rostering and supporting daily operations
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Managing stock flow and floor coverage
- Creating structure, consistency and strong store culture
- Being the key leader staff turn to for support and direction

- Store Manager
