We seek a commercially sharp Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships and promote integrated capability across metals manufacture and value-added processing. This is a senior customer-facing role for someone with the professionalism, confidence and communication polish to build rapport with major customers, 1st and 2nd tier builders, key decision makers and MD-level stakeholders involved in significant project and supply decisions. The role is based in Geelong, with regular travel across Victoria and southern South Australia.
This is not a desk-based sales management role. We seek a true player-coach: someone who can win recent business, protect margin, lead the full sales cycle through to payment collection, and lift the capability of a sales team. You will lead field activity, customer visits, quotation discipline, CRM use,



sales meetings and pipeline reporting, while developing sales staff in product knowledge, customer engagement and commercial conversion.

You will also play a key role in marketing — developing campaigns, promotional material, website and social content, customer events, trade shows and practical ways to showcase metals and their application in the field be it on projects, site-based stories and customer testimonials.

The ideal candidate will bring strong written and verbal English, sound commercial acumen, experience in business development and sales leadership, and ideally exposure to steel supply chain or exposure in selling to construction, civil, or infrastructure clients.
