What if your next role didn’t just change children’s lives…

It changed yours too?

Little Life Warriors is an award‑winning, growing private practice based in Bundaberg. We provide neuroaffirming, trauma‑informed play therapy and early intervention services that place relationships at the centre of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who believes every child deserves to be understood before they’re expected to behave. Someone who values connection over compliance. Someone who wants to build a meaningful career while making a lasting difference for children and families.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Play Therapist / Early Intervention Practitioner to join our growing team.

This opportunity is available as either:

- Part‑time employment (3 to 4 days per week)
- A subcontractor arrangement for the right practitioner.

We welcome experienced clinicians as well as passionate professionals looking to develop their therapeutic skills within a supportive environment.

Salary or contractor rates will be negotiated based on qualifications, experience, registration and the nature of the engagement.

You will work across:

- Child‑Centred Play Therapy
- Early Intervention
- Therapeutic group programs
- Parent consultations
- Kindergarten and school outreach
- Community education and professional development

No two days are the same.

One morning you may be facilitating a therapeutic play session.

That afternoon you could be supporting educators, coaching parents, delivering an early intervention program, or presenting career development to educators.

- Paid professional development and training
- Weekly clinical supervision
- Individual mentoring and professional support
- Structured career development pathway
