The Y NSW is seeking a People Solutions Advisor to be the engine room of the People & Culture team. You’ll manage employee lifecycle processes, support HR systems, maintain accurate data, coordinate onboarding, and help employees and leaders navigate People Solutions processes.
You’ll partner with Payroll and HR Systems, improve templates and self-service tools, and contribute to people projects and recognition programs to enhance the employee experience.
