RN/M1 | $77,824 - $106,187 per annum
RN/M1 | $39.26 - $53.57 per hour + 25% casual loading (casual)
RN/M2C | $90,913 - $114,917 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
RN/M1
Assess patient/client needs and provide direct person-centred care and individual case management.
Monitor care plans and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective care.
Provide health promotion and education to patients, clients, carers, and groups.
Support clinical learning for students, new staff, and graduates.
RN/M2C
Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area.
Monitor care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management, clinical, and quality improvement activities.
Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and professional development for staff and students.
Promote continuity and consistency of care and act as a resource within your team.
