We're growing and we're looking for a motivated, reliable tradesperson to join our close-knit team in the Sutherland Shire. Whether you're highly experienced in architectural roofing or have a strong roofing background and the drive to develop your specialised skills — we want to hear from you.

About the Role You'll be working across a diverse and exciting range of high-end and technically challenging projects, including:

- Architectural roofing installations and standing seam roofing systems
- Architectural wall cladding
- Flashing fabrication and installation
- High-end residential and luxury home projects
- Commercial roofing projects
- Heritage and remedial roofing works

About You

We're open to candidates at different stages of their roofing career. You might be highly experienced in architectural or specialised roofing — or you may have a strong roofing and metal trades background and be ready to take the next step into more complex, high-end work. Either way, we'd love to talk.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have solid roofing, roof plumbing or metal trades experience
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and White Card
- Are confident and safe working at heights
- Take real pride in the quality of your work
- Are reliable, punctual and professional — with clients and with your team
- Are willing to keep learning and developing your skills
- Want long-term stability and genuine career growth

Experience with standing seam systems, architectural cladding or heritage roofing is a bonus — but not essential. We can train the right person.
