How you will contribute to the team:

We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to manage large-loss insurance roof replacement projects, across the Newcastle region. Our work predominantly involves storm-damaged metal roofs, so we're looking for someone who understands roofing and can confidently manage multiple projects from start to finish.

This is a supervisory role only, you will not be on the tools. Your time will be split between site visits and working from home, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

The below is designed to give you an idea of the role you will play. There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do:

- Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs.





- Assess and report on property damage.

- Managing client relationships, including conflict resolution and providing a high level of customer service.

- Manage trades and ensure jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay.

- Manage time frames, Quality Control and Workplace health safety.

- Travelling to site throughout the Newcastle region

To be considered for the position, you must demonstrate the following:

- Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional Customer Service

- Previous experience in roofing, roof plumbing or metal roofing

- Trade qualified

- Team player and company focused

- Strong safety culture

- High standard of quality

- Good computer literacy skills

- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
