The Opportunity & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Room Leader for our Toddler space, working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.

You Will Be Responsible For

- Leading the daily operations of the non-funded Kindergarten Space
- Developing and implementing age appropriate learning programs
- Building robust relationships with children, families and team




- Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture

About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification
- Proven experience as a Room Leader within the relevant age group
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
- Ability to lead, inspire and support a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for high quality early learning and care
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
