About The Opportunities We are seeking experienced Rotating Maintenance Supervisors and Fitters to join our team, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance, shutdown and project work across major mining and industrial sites. Working with rotating equipment including pumps, driveline alignments, conveyor pulleys, apron feeders, hydraulics and balance machines, you will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability and operational performance.
Supervisor Responsibilities Rotating Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership, coordinate crews, manage work execution and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
- Lead and supervise rotating equipment maintenance crews across shutdown, sustaining and project works.
- Coordinate the secure and efficient execution of maintenance activities on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, fans and associated plant equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site procedures, schedules, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Drive team performance through effective planning, communication, mentoring and workforce management.
- Manage daily work packs, resource allocation, inspections and progress reporting.
Fitter Responsibilities Rotating Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for the inspection,
maintenance and repair of rotating equipment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with site requirements.
- Perform maintenance, overhaul, repair and installation of rotating equipment across mining and industrial sites.
- Diagnose/repair mechanical issues and carry out inspections on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, fans and ancillary equipment.
- Execute shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Complete precision measurements, alignments, fault finding and component replacements.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications and maintenance procedures to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Section26 certificate (S26) mandatory for Supervisors
- Australian recognised trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent mechanical trade certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams within mining, shutdown, construction or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, drives, compressors, gearboxes and associated plant.
- Proven ability to coordinate work crews, manage schedules and deliver maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
- Sound understanding of risk management, permit systems, isolation processes and safe work practices.
