About the role

Support customer sales and logistics operations. Manage orders, dispatch, warehouse coordination, and site oversight while delivering exceptional customer service. Report directly to the National Sales Manager and collaborate with freight providers, purchasing, and site management.

Duties

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Support customers in assigned state and assist other states
- Process sales orders, return, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate daily dispatch and deliveries, liaising with freight providers
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory checks
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of deliveries
- Monitor forecasts and communicate low stock issues to purchasing
- Assist sales and operations teams with administration tasks




- Maintain oversight of the state site and support upkeep, safety, and organisation of the building
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities
- Occasionally assist operational staff when required

Skills & experience

- Customer service focused with a professional, confident manner
- ERP system proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred)
- Clear and adaptable communication style
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail in written and verbal tasks
- Commercial acumen with practical application
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
