We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for casual, part-time, or full-time work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our stores while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
- Processing sales accurately using our POS system.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented.
- Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory control.
- Supporting your team to achieve store goals.
- Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and company procedures.

- Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Is flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.




- Is happy to travel and work across multiple Harry's Liquor stores when required.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel between store locations.
- Availability for casual, part-time, or full-time shifts.

Preferred (but not essential)
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
