About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play an significant role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily store operations. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Team Leader to ensure customers receive excellent service and the store is presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with product recommendations.
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation.
- Process sales accurately through the POS system.
- Support receiving and merchandising stock.
- Maintain stock availability and store cleanliness.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist with promotional displays and campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the store team.
What We're Looking For
