You'll work with prospective clients across a range of industries, helping them understand their compliance challenges and recommending solutions that deliver real business value.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and helping them identify the most appropriate solution.

You'll work closely with prospects throughout their decision-making journey, building trusted relationships and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to agreement.
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges.
- Delivering product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Preparing proposals and commercial recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.




- Following up opportunities and maintaining regular customer communication.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Working closely with Marketing and the broader team to maximise opportunities.
- Supporting a smooth transition from sale to implementation.

About You We're looking for somebody who is professional, motivated and enjoys working with people.

You may currently be an:

- Account Executive

- Business Development Manager

- Sales Consultant

- Inside Sales Representative
- Sales Development Representative ready for the next step

To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Approximately 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with business stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in understanding customer challenges.
- A proactive and positive approach to sales.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience using a CRM system.

Highly Regarded Whilst not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:

- Legal services or a legal background.
- Compliance or regulatory environments.
- Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Professional services.
- Government or highly regulated industries.
