About CoatPro

CoatPro is a QBCC-licensed concrete coatings company operating across South East Queensland. We specialise in concrete resurfacing, protective sealing, epoxy flooring, and concrete densification - residential, commercial, and industrial. One day it's a decorative driveway in the suburbs, the next it's a hardened warehouse floor for a facility manager.

We're growing rapid across Brisbane and the Gold Coast and building a brand known for technical precision. Small team, no bureaucracy, direct access to the director.

The role

We're hiring in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You're the first person a customer deals with and the reason they choose us. You'll run consultations on-site, scope the job, quote it accurately, and close it. You own your pipeline end to end.

The work spans two worlds, and the best person for this role moves comfortably between them:

Residential

H

- omeowners investing in driveways, patios, and garage floors. Warm leads from paid ads and referrals. Fast sales cycles, won on trust and follow-up.

Commercial & Industrial:

B

- uilders, facility managers, and business owners specifying epoxy systems and densified floors. Longer cycles, bigger jobs, won on technical credibility and relationships.

Day to day

- On-site consultations across your territory - assessing substrates, measuring up, understanding what the client actually needs
- Preparing and following up quotes, from single-day residential jobs to multi-stage commercial projects
- Managing your pipeline in our CRM.




- Building relationships with builders and facility managers to grow repeat commercial work
- Working with our applicators so what you sell is what gets delivered
- Feeding back what you're hearing from the market so we keep sharpening the offer

What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience - trades, home improvement, building materials, or industrial products. If you've only done one side of B2B/B2C, that's fine, provided you can genuinely stretch to the other
- You can read a job site: talk confidently about surface prep, densifiers vs. sealers, coverage rates, and lead times - or learn fast enough that clients trust you within a month
- Organised with a CRM and disciplined on follow-up - most sales are won in the second and third touch
- Driver's licence and comfortable being on the road most days
- Valid Australian work rights

Base and uncapped commission on a genuine growth business, not a mature book someone else farmed. Residential keeps your pipeline moving weekly; commercial builds the big months.
