Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Regency Care is a full time hybrid position with flexibility to work from home. In this role, you'll engage with customers and their support networks to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions. Day to day, you'll run consultations,



demonstrate products, prepare quotes, and follow up to make sure customers are satisfied.

You'll manage enquiries, keep records up to date, and work closely with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and service requests. The role also involves building strong product knowledge, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to improvements that lift the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales and consulting, with the ability to match solutions to individual customer needs.
- Strong customer service focus, including follow-up and relationship management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain information in clear, accessible terms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage your time independently, and travel locally for client visits as required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or sales systems; current driver's licence preferred
