We're looking for a Sales Consultant who is naturally curious,



energetic and loves helping people make great decisions.

For the first few months you'll be working exclusively with warm, qualified enquiries. These aren't cold calls or purchased lead lists. They're people who have already decided they want to explore a novated lease and are looking for someone to guide them through the process.

As your confidence grows, you'll have the opportunity to expand the role well beyond inbound sales.

You'll help identify current opportunities, build referral relationships, generate repeat business from existing clients and play a key role in growing one of Australia's most disruptive automotive finance businesses.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a script and told to follow it.

We want someone who will challenge ideas, improve processes, embrace technology and help shape what this role becomes over the next few years. The right person won't just build a sales pipeline.

They'll build a career.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage qualified inbound enquiries from first contact through to sale.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that clients genuinely remember.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Follow up opportunities using our technology platform.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and referral business.




- Help improve our sales processes as the business grows.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to continually improve the customer journey.
- Grow into a business development and hunter role as your experience develops.

What We're Looking For

More than anything, we're looking for attitude. You'll probably be someone who:

- Is naturally driven and enjoys achieving goals.
- Loves talking to people and building relationships.
- Learns quickly and embraces new technology.
- Wants to work in a fast-moving business where ideas are welcomed.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply have another sales job.

Experience in automotive, finance, banking, lending or customer-facing sales would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential. If you've got the right mindset, we'll teach you the industry.
