The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking multiple fixed term, casual Home Help Personal Carer positions within Mersey-Leven and Hellyer Community Nursing and Home Care Services. You will support the Primary Health Care Team by delivering personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes across designated catchment areas.
Successful applicants will have a current Driver’s Licence and may hold qualifications in aged care; first aid skills are desirable.
