About the role

- Extensive relevant experience working on building services, commercial, residential, community or fit out projects as an experienced or Senior Mechanical Engineer;
- Demonstrated experience design HVAC systems within buildings projects.
- Demonstrated experience as a team lead, manager of engineering staff
- Proven project experience working to Australian Standards, with exposure to Government projects;
- Proficiency with industry standard software (such as; MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, Bluebeam);
- Experience working in Mechanical / Building services design including HVAC, Chillers, Air distribution, plant upgrades as well as understanding / Coordination with other key services disciplines; Electrical, Hydraulics,



Fire ESD etc..
- Experience delivering projects around Mechanical / HVAC engineering of buildings / variety of projects.
- RBP / Chartered accreditation helpful but not essential

- Salary - $180K - $210K + (Negotiable)

Skills, qualifications and experience

- Bachelor of Mechanical / Services Engineering Degree;
- Prior experience/understanding of CAD/Revit, helpful but not essential;
- Experience working on buildings projects - (High, Medium, Low rise), Community, retail, health or residential.
- CPEng / RBP or working towards CPEng useful
- 8 + years (Circa) years Building Services experience
- Can do attitude and drive to lead by example
