As Senior Resale Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. Through your expertise in selection, pricing and stepping up to supervise when required, you support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience.
- Supporting consignment operations - from selection and pricing to member enquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment.
- Stepping up as supervisor when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll Be Great In This Role If You

- Have retail experience and are confident delivering great customer service.

Location: Collingwood

Part-time: 36.75 hours/week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday roster.
