Downer Qualified Services is seeking a Lead Technical Officer in Sydney, NSW to lead a Level 3 ICT support team for the Minerva environment and Navy operations. You will act as escalation point for complex incidents and oversee AD, Exchange, Citrix VDI, and hypervisor infrastructure.

The role requires strong ITIL v4 knowledge, vendor collaboration, and excellent communication to mentor onboard CIS teams while ensuring secure, resilient operations in demanding environments.
