Peninsula is seeking an Employment Claims Representative I for FWC Advocacy. Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will represent our members to ensure employment claims are resolved effectively and you will triage and manage claims at the Fair Work Commission, providing advocacy in unfair dismissal and general protection matters.

You will work with unions and member associations, applying a commercial mindset and delivering practical, client-focused advice.
