About the role
The Demerit Point and Offence Management Officer supports the administration of the Demerit Point Scheme and licensing and registration offences by processing transactions, investigating enquiries, and resolving customer and stakeholder issues in line with legislation, policies, and business rules. The role ensures accurate data management while protecting the privacy of personal information.
The role exercises sound judgement to assess cases, elevate complex issues, and provide clear recommendations. It builds positive stakeholder relationships, contributes to continuous improvement, adapts to change, and works collaboratively to achieve team objectives and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications and experience
