Multi-Site Family Owned is seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to lead one of our purpose-built early learning centres in Reservoir.

As Centre Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while fostering a positive workplace culture where children, families and educators feel connected, respected and supported.
About the Role
As our Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of educators through coaching, mentoring and supportive leadership.
- Foster a culture where children's voices, interests and individual strengths shape meaningful, child-led learning experiences.
- Champion child safety by embedding the Victorian Child Safe Standards and ensuring safeguarding is embedded in everyday practice.
- Promote children's wellbeing, inclusion and agency while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice, professional learning and educational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS),
Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and all relevant legislation.
- Build genuine partnerships with families through open communication and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, including occupancy, staffing, rostering, budgeting and financial performance.
- Recruit, mentor and support educators through professional development, coaching and performance management.
- Lead the centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and prepare the service for Assessment and Rating.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and culturally responsive environment where every child and family feels they belong.
- Build positive relationships with local schools, allied health professionals and community organisations.
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven leader who believes children learn best through play, exploration, curiosity and meaningful relationships.
You will bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
- Excellent understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and child protection responsibilities.
- Experience leading Assessment and Rating processes and continuous quality improvement.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
- Sound financial and business management skills, including budgeting and occupancy management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to creating a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.
