You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, processing orders and returns, and providing confident product knowledge to ensure smooth experiences.
This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based at our Brisbane head office. A two-year customer-facing track record and solid English communication are essential.
