Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure quality and consistency.
- Mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment.
- Assist with stock control and ingredient management.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute ideas and maintain high presentation standards across all products.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A recognised qualification as a Baker or Pastry Cook (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking and/or pastry production techniques.




- A sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work early mornings, alternate weekends, and flexible shifts.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transport and a commitment to punctuality.
