Position Overview

Restart Property Group is seeking an articulate, highly organised, and motivated Trades & Client Property Specialist to join our established team in the Dutton Park area. This diverse role is ideally suited to an experienced professional with a background in senior property management, project management, or high-level trade coordination.

In this position, you will execute end-to-end management of residential property presentation projects across Australia, ensuring all works are completed to an exceptional standard. This role offers an entrepreneurial professional the autonomy to drive business development and directly contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Competitive Compensation: A strong base salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum, complemented by an monthly performance bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Trade Coordination: Source, negotiate, and secure competitive quotations from trade professionals nationwide to prepare residential properties for market presentation.

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee operations from conception to completion, ensuring precise execution within established timelines.

Relationship Management: Maintain and elevate corporate client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

Business Development: Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand the current client portfolio and increase market share.

Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated Experience: A proven track record within senior property management, trade coordination, or corporate project management.

Operational Excellence: Superior organisational infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving acumen, and a proactive approach to task execution.

Communication Skills: Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
