Great Vision Education Kim Pty Ltd is seeking qualified teachers to join our tutoring team on a part-time basis. Based in Box Hill, VIC 3128, this role offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys. As a qualified teacher, you will deliver high-quality tutoring services tailored to individual student needs, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering personalised tutoring sessions to students across various year levels and subject areas
- Assessing individual student learning needs and developing tailored learning plans
- Creating engaging and interactive learning materials that support student progress
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Adapting teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Maintaining clear communication with students, parents and the tutoring centre management
- Contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Preparing detailed session notes and progress reports as required

What we're looking for

- Valid teaching qualification or relevant tertiary education in education or a subject discipline
- Current or recent experience in teaching or tutoring students
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in transparent, accessible ways
- Patience,



empathy and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Professional and reliable approach to part time commitments
- Working with Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain one
- Preferred experience in one-on-one tutoring or small group instruction
