Are you a workforce solutions expert who loves solving complex client challenges and designing innovative talent strategies?

We're looking for a Solutions Director to join our xPO leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce solutions at Chandler Macleod.

Reporting into GM xPO and working closely with the Head of Sales & Solutions, you'll partner with clients, operational leaders and sales teams to design and deliver market-leading MSP, RPO and Total Talent solutions that drive business growth and create exceptional client outcomes.

This is a highly strategic role where you'll combine commercial thinking, workforce expertise and technology innovation to develop scalable solutions for some of Australia's largest organisations. This role has a versatile job location.

What you'll be doing

- Leading end-to-end solution design for MSP, RPO, Total Talent and workforce outsourcing opportunities.
- Partnering with Sales and Business Development teams on tenders, proposals and client presentations.
- Designing innovative workforce strategies that leverage market intelligence, workforce planning and recruitment technology.
- Leading implementation governance, mobilisation and transition activities for newly won programs.
- Shaping technology-enabled solutions across ATS, VMS, CRM and workforce management platforms.
- Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic workforce decisions.




- Identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships and support continued business growth.
- Driving continuous improvement, governance and performance optimisation across workforce solutions.

What you'll bring

- Significant experience within MSP, RPO, Total Talent, workforce solutions or outsourcing environments.
- A track record designing and delivering complex workforce solutions for enterprise, government or multi-site clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting tenders, solutioning and client growth initiatives.
- Expertise in workforce technologies, including ATS, VMS and broader recruitment technology ecosystems.
- Experience leading implementations, transformations, mobilisation programs or large-scale change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capability.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
